At AAR, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair return practices.

Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged

• The product received is incorrect

• The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used products

• Products without original packaging

• Products damaged due to misuse

• Items returned after the return window

• Bulk or special order products

Refund Process

If the return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

AAR reserves the sole right to approve or reject any return request.
